About Us
The Alamo Chapter of Credit Unions (ACCU) represents 20 credit unions in the San Antonio/Del Rio area. We exist as a cooperative among them. Our volunteer Board members organize monthly meetings to allow credit unions of all sizes to interchange ideas and information of mutual interests.
ACCU is dedicated to providing credit unions and their staff with the necessary tools to help them serve their members. We do this by aiding in advocacy resources, volunteer opportunities, and education to promote professional development.
In upholding our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we engage with organizations that have similar “people helping people” initiatives such as Credit Unions Care, CU4Kids, and Purple Heart Homes.We strive to maintain a community-oriented focus while empowering area credit unions with the skills and practical information required to excel in today’s evolving and competitive financial services market.
